Students,
Any student who has missed more than 9 days in any or all class periods should fill out the Google Form link below to apply for a waiver for attendance to receive credit for their course(s).
If you have any doctor's notes or have Attendance Makeup Sheets to submit to Ms. Faison, Dean of Students, please do so prior to December 12th.
Students whose waivers are not approved will receive an FF on their report card and will need to retake the course in order to receive credit.
