Mr. Messer is a proud Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He has taught Science at Greene County Middle School, Forest Hills Middle School, and Beddingfield High School. He has spent the last seven years as an Assistant Principal at Fike High School in Wilson County. He is a firm believer that any relationship built must start with the building of a bridge. He believes Students must be our first priority. Without getting to know the student, breaking down the barriers that exist at times; you can never truly reach their hearts, minds, and be a positive impact in their lives. Mr. Messer enjoys spending time with his Bride of 33 years and family of Sons and Daughter in Laws as well as our extended children that have been a part of our lives for the last 30 years. We also have a very high energy Maltipoo that keeps us on our toes. Yesterday is gone, today is here and now, tomorrow is not yet written. What you do in these three instances will define your legacy that is left when you leave this Earthly realm. What legacy will you leave for those you leave behind?
